** We have free access to MARTINA BEACH CLUB on the same street. Please ask your host for coupons upon your arrival.
** The apartment area does not have parking spaces. There is another section of the building that does have parking spaces. No guarantee, sometimes our guests are allowed to park there.

- The building is located a couple of blocks from the beach. We have an agreement with the «Martina» Beach Club. Upon your arrival, don’t forget to ask the concierge for coupons for free access, including the use of sunbeds.
- 5th Avenue is just one block away. There, you’ll find a wide range of dining options, as well as shops, bars, and much more for your entertainment.
- Walmart is only a 10-minute drive or taxi ride away.

- Located on the third floor, this is one of the central apartments in the building. The views are towards the interior of the property.

Other things to note
** For stays of 28 nights or less, we include 10 kWh of electricity per day, which is the average consumption. If there is an excess, it will incur a separate cost ($6.00 Mexican Pesos per kWh), and payment will be required at the end of your stay. Thank you for helping us preserve the environment!
